Issues with a reoccurring dream question: Why am I not able to buy Christmas Gifts in time for Christmas?
I guess the real question is:
What does this dream mean? They are mostly (on a regular basis) about being ill-prepared when it comes to buying Christmas gifts for my family. It usually consists of me doing the “mad-scramble” on Christmas Eve (no earlier than 8:00pm), and my only option is Walmart.
*I usually get most of my Christmas Shopping done by the first week of December.

Maybe you are just worried about costs this year and whether or not you can afford Christmas with the rising prices of everything.

Could be a lot of things. Do you feel you’re letting your family down in any arena? Do you feel you’re not contributing enough to their good, or do you feel guilt over something to do with church, like not going? What’s going on in your life when you have this dream?

One interpreation is that you experience a great deal of stress and anxiety over providing for and pleasing your family.
Do you feel insecure or worried you will not come through for them when they need you? Are you trying too hard to please your family or not maybe hard enough?
It doesn’t sound like any kind of premonition or anything more significant than a fear/anxiety cycle that keeps resurfacing. Make a list, check it twice, don’t shop at walmart – double check your savings – then forget about it until it’s time to go shopping. Mark in on the calender to remind you, then you don’t have to worry about it.

My reoccuring dream is that I can never call my husband’s cell phone number. I can’t remember the number, and I keep pressing the wrong digits. It’s frustrating. I get that dream all the time. Maybe it’s just a reminder that I’m horrid at math.

Well, it is July. Christmas in July has become a popular celebration in Australia because that’s our winter… and as it happens, it also co-incides with all the great sales in the shops wanting to kick off their new financial year with a boost in turnover.
Your dream is obviously telling you that you want to have a holiday in Australia so that you can see the Sydney Swans play Aussie rules… and while you are here, you can buy some really kewl aussie type presents for your family for xmas.
