What do you call the time between Christmas and New Year?

It’s one of those betwixt and between times, no longer Christmas and not yet New Year. I’d really value your suggestions as to what this 7-day period should be called. It has to work around the world, so Winterville etc might not be appropriate.

Well, the time between Christmas and Epiphany (Jan 6th) are the 12 days of Christmas, so I suppose the days between Christmas and New Year are the first six of them… so, the Six days of Christmas?

Or – the week after Christmas
Or – last week of the year
    Or – Christmas period
    Or – Christmas season

    Yuletide

Yule is a winter festival celebrated in Northern Europe since ancient times. In pre-Christian times, Germanic pagans celebrated Yule from late December to early January on a date determined by a lunar calendar.[1] During the process of Christianization and the adoption of the Julian calendar, Yule was placed on December 25, in order to correspond with the Christian celebrations later known in English as Christmas.[2] Thus, the terms “Yule” and “Christmas” are often used interchangeably[3], especially in Christmas carols.
