How to prepare frozen Chinese New Year coconut rice cake?

I have this frozen Chinese New Year coconut rice cake I purchased from our local Asian grocery; however, there aren’t any directions on the package as to how to prepare it. The label says it comes from Rice Field Corp., City of Industry, CA, and that’s all. Should I let it thaw and then steam it? Or should I bake? I’ve seen it topped with coconut shavings…but I don’t know if there’s anything else to it…butter or sugar or anything… any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Chances are if it is frozen and doesn’t have any directions it is pre-cooked and can be thawed and served as you like.
