How to eat healthy at a new year’s eve party?
So i am trying to become a healthier person by exercising often and eating healthy. I am going to a new year’s eve party soon. I know there will be tons of junk food. How do i eat healthy at the party without offending the hostess because i am not eating any of the food?

Eat a light meal before you go to the party, that way you won’t be as hungry at the party.

Most parties have a vegetable tray. Load up on vegs with a spoon or two of dressing on the side. Dip in the dressing, just enough to taste.
Drink LOTS of water. If you have to drink alcohol, drink a large glass of water between every alcholic drink. You’ll not only reduce your calories but feel much better the next morning.
Mix a half glass of wine with diet sprite for a “spritzer”.
Avoid cheeses, fatty dips, and deserts. .

Cut down on the portions. if u eat alot. Or just eat all the healthy things. But leave all the sweet and treats aside. Be confident in yourself. U can do it!!!!!!!!

Dont eat any of the sweets. Usually there is a cheese and meat tray, eat those, and usually there is a veggie tray, eat those and just get 2 tablespoons of the dip. You can also bring your own fruit, veggie, cheese, or meat tray and just snack on what you brought.

Take more of the salad. Also, take small portions. Don’t feel obligated to eat everything on your plate. You can also try just eating fruit the whole day so you can eat a lot in the party. Fruits like watermelon are very effective in staving off hunger. Also let the hostess know that you are on a special diet- most people are more understanding that you expect when you tell them about your dietary restrictions.

First off, ask the hostess if you can bring anything and suggest that you bring a veggie tray / plate. Eat before you go. Pace yourself when you get there. Drink lots of water and that should keep you full.
But, remember to have a good time. You can eat a chip or two. New Year’s Eve is special so take it in stride.

No worry at all. Just try your favourite ones but very less in amount. It should just for the taste; and in this way you’ll be able to eat everything in a healthy manner without offending the hostess. As drops of water makes the ocean so little of everything will help you eat in a healthy manner.

Just eat light. The hostess knows what she’s serving is probably fattening. Plus she won’t be monitoring every bite anyone eats. Keep your glass full of water or club soda, mingle and talk, nobody will think you’re doing anything odd or offensive.
