Ok so I need to loose weight and tone up, but Christmas and New Year is coming up and its the time when people let loose. What are some tips to keep me on track during these times?

do not fall for the mindset that “holiday” and “celebrate” means you “deserve” to “treat yourself.”
you deserve to have a strong and healthy body, and none of that rich food is going to make you feel good.
be sure to eat before attending parties/open houses, so you can spend your time enjoying the good company and ambiance, and not the calorie-laden food.
watch out for drinking, because alcoholic drinks contain lots of empty calories, but worse than that, they take away your logical thinking and you are likely to eat much more than you otherwise would if you weren’t tipsy.
nurse a glass of white wine, then switch to seltzer with a twist.
again, relish the good company and good feelings, not the food!
