highest will be the upper 70s but it could get to the upper 50s as well.
the water will be freezing, even now it is cold.

I went to the beach in late December the year before last. The locals thought it was strange that we were in the water. But to us, it was wonderful.

Expect highs in the upper 70s and lows in the mid to upper 50s in late November. Water temperature will be in the low 70s.

the average day time high in november is about 79. of course during that time of year the weather can fluctuate quite a bit but most of the times that i have been there (every november between 1986-2004) the temps have been in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.

and yes you can certainly still go the beach and go swimming. and thats a great time to hit up the beach cuz the locals find it to be “cold”.
personally i’ve always found the water to be quite warm in november. maybe that has something to do with being from the buffalo ny area. LOL.
