How do I make a perfect turkey for Thanksgiving?
I have never cooked a turkey and would like to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year. I am from Louisiana so I would appreciate tips on how to make a southern/cajun style gravy as well. Thanks!

I do not know about cajun gravy. To make a succulent turkey, try using a roasting bag. The meat will be juicy and you will have plenty of drippings for gravy.

The best tasting turkey is deep fried. I have ate it grilled, oven roaster, rotisserie, cooked on a smoker, but nothing beats a deep friend turkey.
