Can you get t mobile black friday deals if you only qualify for flex pay?

At radioshack the cliq will be 79 with a 2 yr contract on black friday. i only qualify for flexpay. it is still a 2 year contract but i know flexpqy changes the price of a phone. can you get thde black friday deal? can you explain your experience or knowledge in this issue? pls help!
