Can someone help me find a non-slutty Lady Gaga costume for Halloween?
It can’t be too slutty because I’m only 14 and I don’t have that much money either. If there is no costume suitable can someone point out a blue Lady Gaga dress because I have practiced and can make a decent Lady Gaga lightning bolt with some old make-up I have. Thank you!
